MVP Development: From Idea to Launched Product
I build complete products from scratch: the web app, the API, the admin panel and the mobile apps, deployed to production. DocBee, a telemedicine platform, is five services I designed and built: Flutter Patient and Doctor apps, a Vue 3 admin dashboard, a Node.js API and a Next.js public site, handling video consultations, bookings and payouts.
Problems I solve
- You have a product idea and need one person who can build all of it.
- You need web and mobile, plus the admin tools to actually run the business.
- You've been quoted by an agency and want a senior engineer instead of a team of juniors.
- You want a first version that can grow, not a prototype you'll throw away.
What you get
- Scope and milestone plan in the first week
- Web app, API and admin panel
- Android and iOS apps with Flutter, if the product needs them
- Payments, notifications, real-time features and integrations
- Deployment, app-store release support and handover documentation
Proof: work I've shipped
- DocBee
A telemedicine marketplace for real-time video consultations between patients and doctors.
- BD Doctors Directory
A doctor discovery platform with a built-in engine for onboarding doctors at scale.
- Trakia
An internal operations platform for a service agency — field attendance, client delivery, and accounting in one system.

Questions
- Can one engineer really build a whole MVP?
- For most MVPs, yes, and it's often faster than a team because there's no hand-off. DocBee's five services and BD Doctors Directory's four services were built with me leading the architecture and the code.
- What does an MVP cost?
- A web app with API and admin panel starts from $8,000 and typically takes 4–8 weeks. Adding Flutter apps for Android and iOS starts from $15,000, typically 8–12 weeks. The final price depends on scope, which we fix in writing before work starts, and it's billed by milestone.
- How do we work across timezones?
- I'm available 05:00–23:00 Bangladesh time (UTC+6). That covers the full UK, European, Gulf, Singapore and Australian working day, and the US East Coast morning.
